SIMPLE WAYS TO A BETTER LIFESTYLE

•  1 of the of the  causes of our bad healthy is the foods that we are putting in our mouths daily is costing us a lot when it comes to our health...
• another 1 is the lack of daily activity or exercise ..
• Well water is another 1 ... Not getting enough water in daily can create a number of health issues with our bodies

So i thought  i would give some simply tips that we can add daily  to our Life to help with adding a Healthy Lifestyle and more ....

• I am 1 who fights for more sleep and more energy to do day to day tasks
• I am 1 who is always looking for ways to better my health and my lifestyle

What am i doing to do that.

1. healthier eating habits
2. drinking plenty of water
3.  exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week for 30min
4. reading 
5. getting my yearly checkups
6. spending time with my spiritually

How can you eat healthier by choosing raw fruits and veggies

and eating clean, means choosing raw fruits and veggies  ..

It can be hard to get all of your daily fruits and veggies in a day so i  suggest making a smoothie and adding your favorite fruits and veggies  into a blender and have a nice drink.. A great way to get them in , and you already did 1 simple thing  to bettering  your health..

Simply adding more healthy vegetables to your plate  with plenty of color in them not over cook where they have lost there color and vitamins and minerals

You know we are (90)percent water so drinking half your body weight in ounces daily can really help you along way to bettering your health....  I suggest getting a  (b F H ) free cup mug from Walmart, or Target and fill it up with water no flavoring added to just plain water and see how doing this daily works for your health and your waistline..

As far as exercise use ,what  you have your  legs and simply start walking...

 

A 30min. walk a day can add so much value to your health.. Reading health books, you can educate yourself on how to eat healthy , and what foods heal naturally ...   spiritual books really help  you with  understanding yourself  spiritually.. Which can help you get on the right path  of life it self.... You will find balance i your life and live more of a stress free life.. 

All of these things help me it is just some the ways that i am bettering my health.. And on my way to a healthier lifestyle...
